4Works great, easy to use
By Gail R Caldwell
I bought the SNAP-14 because it handles slides, photos, and negatives. The first one arrived quickly, but did not work. It would not copy slides or negatives at all, and the photographs were out of focus. The company immediately sent a replacement unit, which works very well. I have copied several hundred old slides without any problem, and the photos are sharp and clear. It allows adjustments to make the pictures look their best, and is very easy to use. I am quite satisfied with the SNAP-14, and would have given it 5 stars, except for the problem with the first one received.

4Still working on getting a complete replacement for the inoperable one first sent to me.
By Judy A. Novak
The first one would not stay on when using the film portion to digitize my 35mm slides. Called Wolverine and they sent me a replacement. However I sent back the entire contents. This included the slide trays, wires, instructions etc. They sent me only the major unit. Called customer service and they sent me replacements promptly. Both customer service and tech help were very courteous and helpful. The equipment works perfectly and is quite easy to use. I am changing my rating to 4 and 1/2 star. I subtracted a half star for the first faulty unit. Overall I am quite pleased.

4Wolverine SNAP-14
By sharon
Couldn't decide between 4 and 5 stars. For me it was a 5 star product but I can see limitations someone else might have. I just wanted to copy all those negatives and slides to CD. I could color correct in Wolverine and that worked as long as a whole batch of photos was too red or too something else. Correcting each photo is beyond my patience level. The resolution is good but pretty much what you put in, is what comes out and not better. The 35mm negatives are put in a holder of 6 or less and fed into the slot. You see each photo and push a button, then slide to the next one. It does take some time but it was so easy I just watched TV and fed slides every night for an hour. The photos once put in my computer looked about as good as the regular drugstore prints. Happy to get those old photos, now turning odd colors, and those without negatives onto CD. Now I can arrange and label them all on my computer. Yes, I love this machine.
